Can I change my plan later?

Yes! On monthly plans, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable and non-changeable - we recommend staying on a monthly plan until you're confident about committing for the year.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe.

What's included in the free trial?

All new customers get a 14-day free trial with access to Analytics Dashboards. Automation features (bid management, dayparting, budget controls) require an onboarding/training session before activation to ensure proper setup and prevent unintended changes to your campaigns.

How does billing work for add-ons?

Add-ons are billed on the same cycle as your base plan (monthly or annually). When you add or remove add-ons mid-cycle, we prorate the charges.
